During the unprecedented global predicament since 2020, the life of everyone has drastically changed with the Onsite training substituted by the "Virtual platform" beside the priorities changed- as "survival" became the call of the day.

We-at NIHA have also involved ourselves in various outreach activities including 

• Distribution of Grocery and other misc daily items to the needy families from time to time in 2020 -2021.
  
•  Electronic gadgets viz Laptops and mobiles were provided to those students, who were not able to attend 'Online Classes' in the absence of the required devices.
  
• Various students in need were handed over the required books and related educational material etc.
  
• Health Awareness camps were organized besides educational talks on various health issues were given.
  
• Counseling workshop on Emotional wellbeing of pre-adolescent children was organized for various parents on 20^th January 2021.
  
• Online training sessions and various educational address/talks were given on Indian Constitution viz a viz Fundamental rights and duties, Menstruation and Hygiene and Awareness about Thalassemia.
  
• Tree plantation drives was held at different places.

• A specially designed workshop was conducted for various bureaucrats/decision makers of Delhi Development Authority at Manesar (Haryana)

• Number of workshops for various cadres of executives and employees of DDA, New Delhi were conducted at Manali, Mount Abu, Nainital, Mussoorie. Besides, In house sessions on relevant topics for their various employees/sections are being conducted from time to time

• In the past, a specially designed training programme for IMST&RCI (DRDO)officers and employees was conducted at Nainital

• An exclusive programme for officers and staff members of Oil Industry Devp. Board, GOI, New Delhi was conducted
